About Me

Licensed Psychologist | Online therapy for adults & teens in Oregon & Washington

If you’re here, you may be carrying a lot — stress, worry, self-doubt, conflict, or unexpected/unwanted change. My job is to meet you where you are, help you understand what’s getting in the way, and support practical steps that make daily life feel lighter, more manageable, and more meaningful.

How I work

My approach is collaborative and active, and I aim to create a space that is supportive while also challenging your status quo. The work we do together is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) — evidence-based methods that teach new ways to relate to difficult thoughts and feelings while moving toward what matters to you.

What I can help with

  • Anxiety, worry, overthinking, and panic

  • Depression, low motivation, and burnout

  • Relationship strain, communication challenges

  • Life transitions (school, work, moves, divorce, parenthood)

  • Grief and loss

If there are areas you don’t see here but want to discuss, feel free to reach out.

Background and Credentials

I am licensed as a Clinical Psychologist in both Oregon and Washington. My training includes:

  • Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, University of Oregon

  • Clinical Internship, Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System

  • Postdoctoral Fellowship in Health Psychology, University of California, San Francisco

Outside of my work as a psychologist, I enjoy climbing, skiing, and hiking in the Cascades of Oregon and Washington, and spending time with family and friends.
